Ok, don't laugh. But when I order kits from a store and have been directed there by an email or blog, sometimes I get distracted and end up buying things from other designers instead of the one that sent me there. LOL Just a thought...

Although being in a store does give you additional exposure. Did I make it harder on you? (Hope not!)

Hugs,
Cauleen

I'm embarrassed to say, but I currently cannot afford to buy anyone's kit. Howeverr, I did vote yes; I would buy your kits. Your talent and your work definitely warrant cash flow! Good luck to you!

p.s. The more cash we have, the more we can spoil ourselves and help others!

Hi Vicki, I don't feel like I can vote because I don't have the money to buy - we work for a volunteer organization. But like others have said you really should sell. You have been sooooo generous with your sharing and your work is wonderful. So I think you should go for it! I so appreciate your generosity and love all your kits!

I voted maybe because one it would depend on how much and second right now cash hard earned or otherwise is really in short supply. Maybe a system where they were offered here free for loyal blogger friends but as soon as they dropped off the page then instead of going to your kit blog they would go to your store. That's similar to the way DigiTreat has done it on her blog. Also Lisa has done something similar or if you had a low price point like Scrabdebris $1-2 per kit might make it easier for you to earn something without out being prohibitive. I love your kits and would like to be able to buy them but I certainly wouldn't have $3-7 per week to spend on a regular basis.

Had to be honest. The US economy is sooo bad that I had to choose no in the survey. It is not a reflection of your worth by any means. I also put chose "shop" in the next survey because shops tend to have entire store sales than do individuals. Again, it's about the econony here, nothing else.

I had to vote maybe, I LOVE your kits and would buy them if I had the funds but with $$ the way it is and having to feel a family of 5, there is not always enough to support my extra hobby. I do like the way Digitreat has done the Run,Jump,Skip kit on her blog -- could you do somehting like that?? It is offered free to blog readers and once it drops off the front page it goes up for sale. I did not vote on the store vs blog because either one would be fine with me.

Hun, the only reason I said no to buying your scrap kits is that I can't afford any extras these days (I even wonder how long I can keep internet service). It is thanks to you and other talented and generous designers that I get to enjoy my hobby. But I wish you all the success in the world if you decide to sell. Your work is just beautiful!

Hi Vicki!

I am so glad you're considering selling your beautiful work! I think that's fabulous! I see that 78 people, so far, have said "NO" they wouldn't buy your kits. However, I bet these same people are at your site each day waiting for your next download. I think that is really, really crappy. Sorry to the "No" voters, but I really do think that's greedy, rude and terribly inconsiderate. You can't even say, "Maybe"????? Vicki, it is so very clear to me that you would be so super successful as a designer and many would pay. Trust me, your kits are far better than a lot of kits I see on the market.

I hope you give it a go! You are so very talented. While although I would be sad that I couldn't get every singl item you make, I would most certainly buy as much as I could.

Much love to ya, sister!!

I voted yes, but as you know I am out of work at the moment and wouldn't be able to buy any kits until I was gainfully employed.

I'm sure people who voted No have very good reasons for doing so. I don't believe they meant it as a negative reflection on your work, I think they may be in the same boat as I am and are worried about money.

I pop by your blog each day because I enjoy reading about your life, it make me smile. Your gifts are a very happy bonus but they aren't why I visit. I don't believe I am neither greedy, rude or inconsiderate.

Big Hugs
Susie

i voted maybe, but def think you'd do great in selling your kits! best of luck! :)

I wanted to be able to explain my "no" vote. It's certainly not a reflection on your beautiful work! I've loved so many of your kits and have downloaded almost everything now. :) But, one of the reasons why I digi scrap is b/c I don't have to put $$ into the hobby. The freebies allow me to have a very rewarding hobby w/o spending money we need for something else. So I don't buy kits from anyone.

(((HUGS))) and many thanks for all that you've given us!
