Showers in Spring alpha

Did you all pick up the elements from Stacey yesterday? Well, it's time for the alpha. Click each of Stacey and Mel's below to go to their blogs and click mine to download! TTFN.

Last chance to buy my store and NSD discounts!

This is the last chance to buy my store for $30 before the end of April deadline. You get a personalised coupon code to use to buy all of the kits in my store and that coupon code is valid for another month from date of purchase. So, you get any kits that are released for the next month (at least two, probably four!). It's a bargain as the store value currently is about $75 without discounts.

This offer ends in time for (Inter)National Scrapbooking Day when everything in store is 50% off for 24 hours only - see the coupon below. Anyone who buys something on that day will be eligible to win a $25 gift certificate to use in the store, so don't miss it. If you buy my store today, it represents more than 50% discount, so if that's what you want to do, don't delay - you won't be able to buy it after today ;).

Here are some of the kits you can get right now and there is a new one in store on Sunday for all of you dog lovers!!

Showers in Spring continues

Sorry - no alpha yet!! Stacey has more elements for you, so be sure to check those out! Also, news tomorrow about the (inter)National Scrapbooking Day sale at Scrap That Idea coming tomorrow.

General stuff!

I wanted to tell you about our Scrap That Idea newsletter today! It's sent out every Sunday and details all of our new releases for the week, has a gallery pick from each of the designers and there are freebies to be collected too - exclusive to subscribers. This Sunday sees the start of a kit that I have designed for one of my blog readers - Ma from Brazil! She sent me an inspirational photo and I loved the colours. The kit is called Exotic Laughter and you can only collect it if you subscribe to the newsletter. This is what it looks like....

You will get the papers on Sunday, the elements next Sunday and the alpha the week after. However, you will ONLY get this kit if you subscribe to our mailing list - you can do this on the home page of the store. For those who are concerned about subscribing to mailing lists, let me assure you that we will NEVER use your email address for anything other than sending you Scrap That Idea newsletters. We will not be offering this kit as a freebie anywhere else and at the end of May, it will be going into the dollar bin at the store. Don't miss it!

More Punk Princess

Firstly, if you're looking for the collab kit - see the previous post.

For now, I said I had more LOs to show you from my creative team using Punk Princess and here they are. One each from Stacey and Sara and then one from me!!  Stacey always has the perfect photo for each kit and her kids are so photogenic! If you haven't picked it up already, you have until Tuesday evening (UK time) to do so for just $3! Before the LOs - a reminder of what it looks like. Click here to go buy it from my store.

Showers in Spring collab

Today is the start of my collab with Mel and Stacey - it's very appropriate today as we are certainly having spring showers here in England! I love working with Mel and Stacey - we all seem to work well together and of course, they are the best scrapping friends a girl could ever have!! Mel chose the colours for this one and the name fits it so well. So this is what the full kits look like - Mel's, then Stacey's then mine!

And this is what my fantastic CT did with the kit - some using just my part and others using all three parts - lots of inspiration for you here!

Today, you can pick up the papers click here to get Mel's and here to get Stacey's. Click the preview below to download mine and don't forget to check back tomorrow for the elements. One more thing to tell you - if you're interested in my buy my store for $30 option - this will end on Thursday (end of the month), so if you've been considering it, get it while you still can - click here for more details! I believe right now there is $73.50 worth of kit in my store that you can get for $30 (and the coupon runs for an additional month, so there will be 3-4 more kits too) - great for a newbie looking to build a stash or simply someone looking for a bargain!! See you tomorrow!

Gallery picks

Just wanted to let you know that tomorrow I will be making my pick of LO in the gallery for our weekly newsletter, so if you have LOs using my kits - go upload them so that you have a chance of being published (albeit just in our humble newsletter)! The gallery can be found by clicking here.

And if you haven't signed up to the newsletter, you should - go to the store homepage and you will see a link called "subscribe to our mailing list" near the top in the left sidebar! There will be an exclusive freebie from me in the next issue, so be sure to do it before Sunday.

Scrap That Idea kits

For my latest store kit and freebie, see the previous post, but I want to tell you about Mel, Stacey and Sara's latest offerings....

First up is Stacey's kit - To The Beach - a very bright and funky kit for scrapping those beach and pool photos. This is what I did with it and below is a clickable preview to the store where you can buy it for just $3.

Next up is Tea in my Garden from Mel - I decided to do a LO that lived up to the name!! Click the preview below to buy it in store for just $3.

And last, but not least, is a kit called Industrial from Sara which is great for scrapping those teenage boy photos - or, as I did - the Staten Island ferry!! Click the preview to go buy, also for $3.

Punk Princess!

It's new kit day in the store and today's offering is a bright funky girls kit for those girls who think they are very grown up and sophisticated with their MP3 players! However, as the CT LOs I have to show you will prove, it can be used for so much more! We even have a wedding LO here!

So, this is what it looks like in all it's glory - you can click the image to take you to the store to buy for $3 (for the next 2 days), but first, stick with me for a little while to check out my CT LOs and pick up the freebie wordart that coordinates with it below.

This is the wedding LO I told you about from Sara - it works so well, doesn't it?

And check out this cool LO from Kim - I loved the 80's!!

This is Diana's daughter looking all grown up and so much like her Mom, don't you think?

And Cheryl's beautiful cat - how cute!

And Miss Lilly in her punk hat!

What a gorgeous photo Kim has used on this LO - very precious!

I also have my Land of Make Believe kit on special in my store for just $2.50 - you can pick this up til the end of the week at the special price! Don't miss it!

And you've read this far, so now you get the freebie! It's a wordart for all those punk princesses out there! Click the image to download. I have more CT LOs to show you in a couple of days but tomorrow is the start of my collab with Stacey and Mel, so check back for that too. TTFN.

Sneaky peek for Monday

Lucky, lucky you! I have a collab starting Monday with both Stacey and Mel - are you excited? Here's a sneaky peek - be sure to check back on Monday to collect it!

A beautiful and original alpha

A little late again today, but have you checked out Lou's blog? She has the alpha to go with George and the Dragon and it's gorgeous! So original - I love it! I am still waiting to see some LOs using this kit in my guestbook - please don't disappoint me ;).

An update on the swatches and themes you sent me. There are some gorgeous ones there and I really need to sit down and give them some proper thought, but I promise I will be doing it. I will most likely choose more than one theme to have a go with - I'll let you know.

See you later with a sneak peek of my next collab freebie!

George and the Dragon

Sorry, I am a little bit late - just starting this post when it should already be posted! Lily had me playing with her new ball this morning and I lost track of time! So, it seems that you liked George and the Dragon yesterday and hopefully you all read the history behind the story on Lou's blog. Today, I have a couple more CT LOs to show you from Kim (who is English too) and Vicki who shows that you don't need to have a dragon slayer in your family to use the kit! LOL! Thanks girls ;)

And here are previews to both sets of elements - click Lou's to go to her blog and click mine to download! Most of all, enjoy scrapping with them and be sure to show us your LOs!

Happy St George's Day!

This is to all of my readers in England - happy St George's Day! For those that don't know, St George is England's Patron Saint and we have a day (23rd April) which is our day to celebrate being English!

In celebration of this day, I have teamed up with Lou (LouCee Creations) to bring you a collaboration kit called George & The Dragon. Lou asked if I'd like to do it and I jumped at the chance - I am proudly English and we even live in the St George area of Bristol!! Lou drew George and the Dragon which you will find in the kit herself - I was super impressed as I can't draw at all. I would like you to know more about St George, but I know that Lou is telling his story, so I will let you read about it on her blog - I haven't seen it yet, but I am willing to bet she's a better storyteller than I am too ;).

So, to the kit itself - take a look at this bumper preview of all the parts! Gorgeous isn't it?

And here are a couple of LOs by my wonderful CT members Stacey and Kim and also one from me! Below these, you will see both the preview to my papers and to Lou's - click mine to download and click Lou's to go to her blog to read about St George! And be sure to leave her some love and also to her gorgeous pooch Lenny who has been poorly! MWAH to Lenny!

This is from Stacey - so cool!

And this little cutie is from Kim!

This one is mine!

These are Lou's papers - click to go to her blog.

And these are my papers - click to download. Check back tomorrow for the elements.
